About Me

I am Sue Wickes and I own and operate Online Action an online marketing consulting business in beautiful Mission Beach, a small seaside community midway between Townsville and Cairns in Far North Queensland, Australia. I provide the Online Marketing Small Business website as an information source for business owners interested in learning more about online marketing.

I love living in the tropics, walking on the beach and in the rainforest, traveling throughout our beautiful region, camping in National Parks, visiting family and friends all over Australia and enjoying my hobby of photography. I have many wonderful friends in Mission Beach and enjoy their company often at our excellent local restaurants and cafes.

My grown up children visit me a couple of times a year from Victoria with my delightful granddaughter, Mackenzie and new grandson, Logan! I exercise regularly at our local Gym and enjoy a weekly Yoga class at our local hall.

I especially enjoy my two days as Online Content/Tourism Officer for Mission Beach Tourism at the Mission Beach Visitor Information Centre. I love assisting people from all over Australia and the world to enjoy our beautiful region. It gives me a break from the office and is a breath of fresh air.

I have developed many skills over this time in online marketing, website design, usability and construction, copy writing, designing web graphics and ebook graphics, producing ebooks and proofreading for the web. Early last year I decided to start a business assisting Small Business owners to learn about online marketing and take the first steps to market their business online. This appeared to be quite a challenge for many with no experience of how to go about an online marketing campaign. I now work exclusively as an Online Marketing Consultant to small business owners all over the world. My website is provided as a service to assist them to learn how to market online successfully. It is my great pleasure to assist Small Business Owners to market online effectively and efficiently.
